– We are often running at capacity and need to insure that all reservations are fulfilled
– No-shows will be charged to your credit card at the regular rate of $22/hr per player for non-members, $17 for members, or 1 Punch Pass if applicable.
– Cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to the start of the session or you will be charged at the rate above.
– If you have a reservation for multiple players, and you are trying to cancel or reschedule more than one of the slots, you must select each slot individually (they are listed at the top of your confirmation email) and edit them separately. You may also call us and we are happy to make any adjustments for you.
